Creative Writing - Magic Sock

Long long ago, there was a ruler who was very greedy and wanted everything. Nobody liked him. One day he realized that he could not get everything, so he invented a magic sock which would grant him wishes. Before he died he hid the magic sock because he did not want anyone to find it. It was lost for generations until now when an old man called Dave found the sock. He did not know what to do with it so he gave it to his grandson called Bob and he just loved it. Bob and his family were very poor. He took it to school for show and tell and when he showed it to the class, everyone laughed at him, even the teacher. After school he ran home, locked himself in his room and began to cry. He thought about everyone laughing at him and got angry. Finally, he picked up the sock, sqeased it and he wished that no one would laugh at him. When he went back to school the next day, people came up to him and they said sorry, and that’s when he discovered that the sock was magical. That day when he fell in mud, know one laughed at him, they asked if he was ok and if he needed help. When Bob got home he wished that he and his family were not poor and that they were wealthy. And it happened. It was now the weekend so Bob and his family went to Dave’s little house. On the way to Dave’s house, Bob told his mom and dad about the sock that Dave had given him the last time he had seen him. So mom and dad wanted to thank him so they were going to ask him to move in with them. When they got there, it was tea time, so they had tea.    When they were going to go, Bob wished that Dave would move in with him.
